Refund Policy

How we handle refunds for engagements and services.

Strategy calls

Free 30-minute strategy calls carry no charge and therefore no refund.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Cancellations made before the next cycle are not charged for the upcoming month.

Refunds on fixed-scope projects are pro-rated based on work delivered up to the cancellation date.

Media spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google) is non-refundable by us.

Refund requests should be sent to billing@funnelbanaoo.com and are processed within 14 business days.
