Refund Policy

Please read this carefully before making any payment to Funnel Banaoo.

Strict no-refund policy once work begins

By engaging Funnel Banaoo and making any payment toward our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are strictly non-refundable once work on your project has commenced. The moment our team initiates any activity on your engagement — including but not limited to onboarding calls, strategy sessions, market research, competitor analysis, copywriting, funnel architecture, landing page design, automation setup, CRM configuration, ad creative production, account setups, tool provisioning, or any internal planning and resource allocation — the project is considered active and no refund of any nature, whether full, partial, pro-rated, or in the form of credits, will be issued under any circumstances. This policy exists because our work is highly customized, resource-intensive, and requires significant upfront investment of time, tools, and expert manpower that cannot be recovered once deployed.

No guarantee of leads, sales, or revenue

Funnel Banaoo is a performance marketing and growth infrastructure service provider. We do not — and at no point have we — guaranteed any fixed number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, or any specific business outcome. Any numbers, projections, case studies, screenshots, testimonials, or examples shared on our website, proposals, sales calls, social media, or in any communication are illustrative references of past work and are not commitments, promises, or assurances of similar results for your business. Performance marketing outcomes depend on a wide range of variables outside our control, including but not limited to your offer, pricing, market demand, seasonality, competition, sales team capability, follow-up speed, brand reputation, creative fatigue, ad platform algorithm changes, account health, ad spend budget, geography, and product–market fit. You acknowledge that you are paying for our expertise, execution, and effort — not for a guaranteed result.

Payments are a commitment to execution, not outcomes

All payments made to Funnel Banaoo — whether advance, milestone, retainer, setup fee, or full project fee — are paid in consideration of our team's professional time, strategy, deliverables, tools, and execution capacity that we commit to your project. Once payment is received and work has started, those resources are locked in for you and cannot be reassigned or refunded. You agree not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank, card provider, or payment gateway citing dissatisfaction with results, slow leads, low conversions, or any performance-related reason, as such claims fall outside the scope of refundable issues under this policy.

Ad spend is always non-refundable

Any amount paid directly to ad platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, or any other media channel is fully non-refundable by Funnel Banaoo, as those funds are consumed by the respective platforms and are completely outside our control.

Cancellations and pauses

You may choose to pause or discontinue the engagement at any time by giving written notice to billing@funnelbanaoo.com, however no refund will be issued for any work already started, in progress, completed, or scheduled within the active billing cycle. Unused days, hours, or deliverables within a paid period are not eligible for refund or carry-forward unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Acceptance of this policy

By making payment to Funnel Banaoo, signing a proposal, accepting an invoice, or starting onboarding in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted this Refund Policy in its entirety, including the no-refund clause after work commencement and the no-guarantee clause on leads and sales. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not proceed with payment.
