Acceptance
By accessing or using Funnel Banaoo's website or services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services
Scope, deliverables, and timelines for paid engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work.
Payments
Invoices are due as per the SOW. Late payments may incur reasonable interest and pause active work.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing IP remains with its owner. Custom deliverables transfer on full payment.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice as defined in the SOW.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru.
